Billie Jo, This document may be accessed from the Washington Publishing Company web-site (which you will need to acquire logon access, if you don't already have one):   http://www.wpc-edi.com/HealthCare_40.asp   Select "Draft X12N Implementation Guides:"  and scroll down to the line that lists   003070X070    Draft 3  --   277: Health Care Payer Unsolicited Claim Status   The actual file downloaded will be X070.exe, which unzips to  X070.pdf     Please note that the support for an Unsolicited 277 is not one of the HIPAA required transactions, however, some payers will voluntarily support it (ie.
