Implementation Guide has been removed from the Washington Publishing
Company web site and X12N Online Conference at the author's request.
A revised version and announcement of restarting the Online Conference
will be available in the next few days.
The 270/271 Health Care Eligibility/Benefit Inquiry and
Information Response (004050X138) Implementation Guide is also
expected within the next few days.
