This Implementation Guide has not been adopted under HIPAA as of yet.  Does anyone have any thoughts of when this would be approved for HIPAA?  1-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-12 months? Since there has not been a lot of work on implementing this transaction set in many Healthcare organizations should organizations start doing development work to this specification?
