Details:
I used this filter:
/filter add irc_join_names * irc_366 *
After the filter, the big list of names when you join a channel is hidden.
Then I make it appear with alt+=. I scroll down, and for a very big list, only
it is visible. So now alt+= again would make it disappear but it doesn't.
