[weewx-development] .gitignore for weewx project

Tom, All,

Being a VS guy I am using it as an editor for weewx programming. As such it 
would be good to have the lines below included in .gitignore. Does anyone 
have any aversions to this?

*.sln
*.user
*.pyproj
*.suo
