i think you need to copy the new weewx.css over your old one.  that should 
make satellite and radar the same width as the plots.

i have added some padding between columns in hilo table

i have removed the weewx attribution text until i figure out the css to 
prevent it from screwing up the column widths.

it would be nice to make the widths/heights in the css match up with those 
specified for the image generator, but i think that will have to be a 
manual thing.  weewx.css.tmpl is probably not worth the hassle.
