I guess I'm not understanding.

The purpose of this new skin is to make the new weather data available to
the app. So long as you consistently use the same unit system, it should
not matter which system the skin uses --- it's an internal "implementation"
detail. Just pick metric or US and stick with it.

Then, adjust the display unit system on the app itself.

Or, am I misunderstanding?
