I do not understand what I am looking at. The table: what month is it for? This month? If so, how do I compare it to the data you give for 29.10.2017? I also do not know what units it is in. Also, what was the expected answer?
I modified the test suites to create a database in the METRICWX system, then ran reports for both US Customary and METRIC systems. Except for heating degree days, they came out as expected.
