No weather station specialist here. Just hobbyist taking this as an opportunity to write some code, using the pi-sense indoor in non-condensing conditions. I do not see why suitable to use in any condition is a requirement for having a proper measurement.
But I did not care reading the full spec sheets of the LPS22HBTR or the SHTC3. They seem to provide "good enough" values for my need.
