I am using the pip install and my config files in /opt/weex/weewx-data
I am running v5.0.0.0rc3 but in the weewx.conf it says:

# Do not modify this. It is used when installing and updating weewx.
version = 5.0.0b6

Does this change when upgrading like the comment says?
