atitude and longitude should be specified in *decimal degrees*. Negative
values for southern and western hemispheres.
In your weewx.conf file, you have something like
[Station]

latitude = 34 54N
longitude = 130 30 W
you want
[Station]
# Description of the station location
location = your station location
# Latitude and longitude in decimal degrees
latitude = 34.90
longitude = -130.50
