I've got my Acurite station showing on Weather Underground (
https://www.wunderground.com/personal-weather-station/dashboard?ID=KWAFREEL23#history)

but I can't get it to show up in the weewx station maps at
http://www.weewx.com/stations.html . I've set the config file to have it
upload to the weewx stations but it's still not showing after a few hours
of waiting. The only thing I can think of is that I don't have a public
webpage for my station. So all I did was set the value to "true" in the
config file to say it's OK to share the station with the weewx station map.
I didn't add a URL...because I don't have one. But I COULD set up a quick
and free Wix site if I had to.

My next step is to set up WAN access to the server but I'm still looking
into changing the default port from 80 to something else. Port 80 is too
common for hacker sniffers who get their rocks off trying to hack into
typical default ports. I'm assuming the port number can be changed on the
Apache settings and that would be the simple fix? I"m not new to opening
ports on my router (I have a few IP cameras set up already), so hopefully
somebody can chime in here.
