Thank you, it turned out that the console needed to be reset, I found it
when
I changed channels realized that I had done so switched back to the correct
channel and saw the signal level go way up. Not sure if the receiver had
drif-
ted or what but as soon as I did that, it was good. No more lost and low
signal
issues.

Oh yes, I was monitoring the TX signal, I have a Icom HT that I put on
channel
and listened to the signal it was nice and strong, but with the console off
freq.
it just was not hearing it well.

I am using a RPi3 and I see that it appears that WeeWx does not take full
advantage of the 4 processor cores, but that is another issue.
