I have recently migrated my weewx setup (with a Vantage Pro 2) to a Raspberry Pi 3. I used to get 99.5%+ rxCheckPercent with an old computer. But now only getting ~91% with the RPi. Curious what kind of numbers others are getting with their RPi setups.
I haven't moved the Envoy or ISS. So the RF path should be the same. By digging through the archive, I've learned that the Envoy cannot receive the RF packets when communicating on the USB. So would it be correct to assume that it takes the RPi much longer to receive data on the USB and therefore there is a larger fraction of time that the Envoy cannot receive the RF packets, which caused the rxCheckPercent to drop?
