Thanks Liz

I've not been able to find a way to install wget. I guess my real question
is: How can I download the driver without relying on wget?

When I unzippped "weewx-wh23xx-master.zip", I looked thru all the elders
underneath it, but there was no "weewx-wh23xx.zip" in it. Should there be?

I meant to ask where i sthe recommended place for the driver file within
the "wx" folder structure I described above. Does it go into the weewx-3.6.2
directory, does it create its own subfolder, does it live right under "wx"
(and parallel to weewx-3.6.2 directory) ? or, ??
