you might want to start by uploading to some 'cloud' services.  some of 
them allow zero customization, others are quite customizable.

from there you can either try hosting a server your self (e.g., emoncms), 
try building a web site yourself (using a service provider for the 
infrastructure), or just use the dashboards from the services to which you 
upload.

start by browsing the services listed in the 'uploaders' section of the 
weewx wiki:
