Wow, that is very general question. I suspect if you ask 10 different 
people you will get (at least) 10 different answers. You could probably 
start off looking at the Driver status 
<http://weewx.com/docs/hardware.htm#driver_status> table at the start of 
the weeWX Hardware Guide <http://weewx.com/docs/hardware.htm>. In 
particular you may find the 'Maturity' column helpful, just be aware that 
one person's 'Tested' is another person's 'Experimental'. The rest of the 
Hardware Guide may provide you with some valuable insight. The weeWX Hardware 
page <http://weewx.com/hardware.html> may also be of help.

I suspect your budget and the features you require of the station/weeWX 
will determine what stations are suitable. Perhaps once you have given 
these aspects more thought you might get some more specific advice.
