Well.  At the time of my posting, it was doing as I said.

It was not showing a wind/temp icon at the link provided.  Further, it was 
saying several minutes+ have past since the last update ---- All while I 
see updates via the debug logs.

Now that I saw your response, I went back to the link.   And while it's 
showing "negative" seconds since last update, it seems to look fine.

I guess I don't know what the problem is.   But if I had to guess - 
wunderground?
