Your WU site looks normal to me: it's getting updated every 5 minutes, and
all observations seem to be there. The "wind" icon also seems to be
updating every few seconds.

Unfortunately, it's totally normal for the WU to drop updates, forget
updates, show the wrong values and/or wrong times. It's been that way for
the decade I've been submitting observations.
