1. Check that you have indented correctly at the start of the lines you have changed/inserted with the correct number of spaces 2. Try and change time formats in units section 3. Make sure that weewx.conf is not overriding changes made in the skin 4. Check, as Tom suggested, that you are using a font which is actually installed.
