Well I guess it depends on your definition of easy. There are instructions 
in the Customization Guide 
<http://weewx.com/docs/customizing.htm#Changing_the_unit_system> to do 
this, though as Andrew points out a general rule of thumb is that if you 
don't have a good reason to change the database units leave it as it is, 
the database units have no effect on the weeWX output.
