Well, is this not curious?

Running sudo wee_reports without specifying the conf file yields:

$ sudo wee_reports
Using configuration file /etc/weewx/weewx.conf
Generating for all time

It uses the same file, from the same directory without squawking about it.

Andrew to the rescue... Again.
