well from the log snippet you posted weewx is running fine and just waiting for some data rather than stopped.
you should post the full log from weewx startup until it stops you should stop weewx, set debug=1 in weewx.conf and restart weewx and post the full log from startup to stop you should add some debug code to your driver and post the debug output just suggestions .....
