I suspect this is flakiness on the part of the WU servers. If I set "preferences" to metric on the Weather Underground and look at your site, I get this:

You are using Rapidfire, which may (or may not) have something to do with this. In any case, I learned long ago not to chase around bugs in the WU servers.
