I've spent the past hour searching and searching the forum for answers (plus read the what you should write when asking for help via the FAQ). Out of interest, about 10 minutes ago I changed the Vantage pro's interval setting to 5 minutes instead of the 30 minutes (via the *wee_device --set-interval=5* command) . Checking the rasp pi apache2 instance output. I can see that the reports are now getting updated every 5 minutes. Plus by doing this, it informed me that has erased all the old archive records. So probably a good thing to start afresh. I've rebooted the pi just now, will wait 15 minutes and then post the log file. Thanks Gary. You're a star mate!
