Ok, not an hour, but 15 minutes.... 1) Delete your public_html/Belchertown/NOAA files (either in /home/weewx, or /var/www). The skin will re-create these.
2) Download the raw version of this file and put it in bin/user/belchertown_highchartsSearchX.py. https://github.com/poblabs/weewx-belchertown/blob/b7f5762f8d9087bf90f90108d13defec6fb9de74/bin/user/belchertown_highchartsSearchX.py This fixed my issue I saw which is the same you have, and made no difference on my other machines that did not have the issue. The machine that had the issue, it took about 35 seconds to complete. After that it was faster. Let me know.
