Oh, when I said to delete public_html/Belchertown/NOAA <https://groups.google.com/d/msg/weewx-user/GSrKZEiPqsc/DtZCEBhABAAJ> - did you delete skins/belchertown/NOAA by mistake? That might explain why it's missing.
