I was able to successfully compile wview, and wlk2sqlite, from source,
using Ubuntu 16.04.
If you want to do this, first install libgd ("apt install libgd-dev"), then
download and compile its companion library, radlib
<https://sourceforge.net/projects/radlib/>, then download and compile wview
<https://sourceforge.net/projects/wview/>. I didn't want to do an install
to my system, so the hardest part was getting the paths right.
