Ok I've deleted a couple of posts here with erroneous info in them.
Current situation ......
Have pointed my web server back at the standard skin which appears to have
stopped updating everything except server uptime and weewx uptime.
My MQTT data stream shows all the correct values for sensors and has the
correct date and time in it (I believe).
I am still seeing these lines in the log
Oct 29 13:55:16 raspberrypi weewx[7758]: manager: Unable to add record
2018-12-14 00:30:00 NZDT (1544700600) to database 'weewx.sdb': UNIQUE
constraint failed: archive.dateTime
Here is my debug output
Using verbosity=1, displaying most info
wee_debug output will be sent to stdout(console)
Using configuration file /etc/weewx/weewx.conf
Using database binding 'wx_binding', which is bound to database
'archive_sqlite'
