btw, if you have any data about the soil moisture sensor performance, i would be keen to hear about it. other than being rather short, they look like an excellent low-cost sensor, well-suited for home/smallfarm greenhouses, flower gardens, perhaps even orchards. do they work well in temperature extremes? does the calibration stick, or do they float over time? is there a limit to the number of soil moisture sensors that the GW1000 will recognize? have you tried to take one apart to see if you can extend the probe so it could be placed a meter underground? m -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "weewx-user" group.
