Version 4 is pretty stable --- I've been running it for months. The only
reason it isn't out is our packaging expert is out of the country and
unavailable. When he gets back, we'll be ready to post!

As for Python 2 vs 3: the choice is yours. WeeWX V4 will work under either
version. However, your extensions may not!
