The archive interval is either as set in your station or as set by the archive_interval setting under [StdArchive] in weewx.conf. It is the interval between archive records that are saved in your database. There is no default value though five minutes is commonly used. If you look through the startup portion of the log when you restart WeeWX you will find a log entry that tells you explicitly what archive interval is being used, also if you look through your log you will see records being saved (and reports being run) at regular intervals, this interval is the archive interval. The main thing is we need to see at least a couple of cycles as the weather cloud uploader uploads once per archive interval.
