OK, so the sensor_map entry in the log is confirming that you do in fact have t_3 mapped to outTemp. Yet when we look at the loop and archive data outTemp is still None. In the now closed issue you raised you said that your external temperature is on t_3, are you sure? Looking at your sensor_map and loop data it seems you have temperature data on extraTemp3/t_4 and inTemp/t_in only. Is there any chance that extraTemp3/t_4 is in fact your external temperature? If so then you need to map t_4 to outTemp (you can put t_3 back to extraTemp3) and restart WeeWX. Check sensor_map in the log, run WeeWX directly and check for outTemp being populated and then check your Weathercloud uploads.
