Can you double check if the graphs are accurately reflecting what's in the database? Pick a couple of database records from last summer and check on the temp readings. You want to use a database tool like DB Browser to review the data. Timestamps are in Unix Epochs and you'll likely need something like https://www.epochconverter.com/ to find your dates.
