This testing has been with a fresh install of Buster on a Pi4 and OWFS seems to be working fine with Weewx V4 and python2 using the wview-extended schema. I specifically wanted to use the extended schema so I could use the additional extraTemp and extraHumid fields (currently using extraTemp1-5 and extraHumid1-4). I have tested the V3 database to V4 conversion and it worked but I don't think that is much use as some of my sensors will now use different database fields.
