Sounds like you may have some problems with your database. I suggest you take a backup and follow the database drop-daily <http://www.weewx.com/docs/utilities.htm#Action_--drop-daily>and rebuild-daily <http://www.weewx.com/docs/utilities.htm#Action_--rebuild-daily>and see if that helps
The graphs uses your archive table The reports uses your daily tables. Seems like those aren't in sync for you.
