Rich, thanks, indeed I did not publish a 2.0.0 release package and hence the 404 error.

As Rich points out you can download a zip of the repo and that will install, my concern is whether there are any outstanding issues with 2.0.0. >From memory I had them all sorted and then other things took me away from publishing the release. Give me day to have a look over 2.0.0 and publish the release.
