[weewx-user] CWOP not Posting to APRSgateway, and no Indication of Error in Log

Can anyone see config errors?  Nothing is posting.  These lines were working fine in version 3.9.2, so not sure if anything changed.  There is a possibility that I was blocked or something if it was sending too frequently.  Not sure what the interval setting is by default.  It should be 10min.  I know the GW1000 driver polls the WX station every 20s.  I can't transmit on my APRS.fi app (through the gateway) either for some reason.
