Perhaps you need to copy the path and paste that where after install. You 
may also have to find the path to the wee_extension and use that. And use 
sudo.  
It would be something like this : sudo /usr/bin/wee_extension --install 
/home/pi/Downloads/weewx-weatherlinklive.zip
