What I see from you link is that you are using NeoWX skin. I looked into the Github repository of NeoWX, especially into skin.conf, and found out, that this skin does not use WeeWX's image generator but some other plot generator. Unfortunately I do not know how that generator works. So I can only say, that the problem is some NeoWX issue. Maybe, they do not create the whole plot every archive cycle but save some data by themselves. You need to ask the NeoWX people.
