You said the station is uploading to the WU, but I'm not seeing any evidence of that in the log. Of course, you do not have debug set, so we can't really tell one way or the other.
Also, there was a big jump in time in the logfrom 12:17:17 to 12:28:38, which makes me suspicious that you may have a clock issue. Please set debug=1, then restart weewxd, then post the log through the first reporting cycle.
