Of course, you do not have debug set, so we can't really tell one way or the other. Also, there was a big jump in time in the logfrom 12:17:17 to 12:28:38, which makes me suspicious that you may have a clock issue. Please set debug=1, then restart weewxd, then post the log through the first reporting cycle.
