You're not giving us much information to go on. What hardware? What are the different lines on your plot? What time was the low, compared to your plot? Log?
Nevertheless, I would say the difference may be due to the difference between LOOP packets and archive records. For daily highs and lows, WeeWX records the lowest temperature seen, *including LOOP packets.* You may have had a temporary low, perhaps a sensor problem, that lasted only one packet. Nevertheless, it is recorded as the low for the day. By contrast, plots are done from the archive records, which may have smoothed out the low. But, I don't know: the lines are not marked, and we don't know when this low happened.
