my station is BYOWS with RPi 3b, and I am using the "Belchertown" Skin
but I also saw the reading in the normal weewx skin. As you say maybe a
sensor pb but weird I will try to search in the base; I saw in the
"Record" tab that it was at 8:09 AM, (screenshot).

Nevertheless, I would say the difference may be due to the difference
between LOOP packets and archive records. For daily highs and lows,
WeeWX records the lowest temperature seen, /including LOOP
packets./ You may have had a temporary low, perhaps a sensor problem,
that lasted only one packet. Nevertheless, it is recorded as the low
for the day.
By contrast, plots are done from the archive records, which may have
smoothed out the low. But, I don't know: the lines are not marked,
and
we don't know when this low happened.
