Yes, the only problem that I have had recently, is when we had such a terrible snowstorm/blizzard that comcast internet service was dead. for 5 hours This a rare occurrence for me (first time).
It might be worth looking into whether such a policy change has occurred. Maybe they just updated the interface to "make it more wonderful".... Thanks for checking!
