Hey all,
I'm happy using the interceptor driver
(https://github.com/matthewwall/weewx-interceptor) with a config similar to
this:
[Interceptor]
driver = user.interceptor
device_type = observer
port = 8000
However, because of this, my station generally reports the station or
hardware type "observer".
This doesn't make sense, as it neither describes the actual weather
station, nor does it help users to form a subjective estimation of its
accuracy and quality.
How can I make Weewx report the correct weather station type, e.g. "Ambient
Weather WS-2902A"?
