OK. Looks like WeeWX is having a problem with obtaining data from your station but empty archive records are being produced. This is enough to fire off WU and PWS updates but the lack of new data is leaving your generated pages with an old timestamp. I have no experience with Acurite stations but I believe they are subject to USB lockups etc. There seems to be no particular solution short of trying restarting WeeWX, software resetting the USB port (if possible), disconnecting/reconnecting the station or power cycling the station. You may find further advice by searching the user group.
Of course you have a Belchertown problem but that is not the cause of any problem other than the Belchertown skin not generating.
