Okay. I have found out what was tripping me up.
In my Weewx.conf file I had skin = Standard
enable = true (was false changed it back to false)
HTML_ROOT = /var/www/html/weewx/standard
[[Inigo]]
skin = Inigo
HTML_ROOT = /var/www/html/weewx/Inigo (Removed the /inigo from the
path)
