All i have on the weather station is "FT-0832" -- i havent been able to
work out what model is a clone of.
An educated guess suggests to me that the full URL is being truncated for
some reason, as I have only just noticed that it ends with an &.
wunderground itself accepts the data if I bypass weewx.
I have setup a new instance of weewx to see if that makes a difference, but
having the same issue.

If i manually curl the payload into weewx removing the &, i dont get an
error, however weewx isnt generating data as i believe its not sufficient.
