We'd have to see your sensor_map stanza from weewx.conf but the usual 
mistake is a typo editing in 'your' station's ID numbers.

That said, the driver seems to be seeing the readings ok.  Odd.

Unrelated, but you appear to be defining the forecast module which seems to 
not be installed, but that's unrelated to the Tempest not providing all the 
readings.

Just for grins, stop weewx and run my listener with the "--decoded" flag 
for easier viewing.
